Hi all, ok, with the hopes that i will get some serious answers rather than the usual mustard replies...
My face is not really spotty as such but its not perfectly clear. I have small red spots that make it look like ive just gone through the really spotty stage and im recovering. But im not!!
Ive never really been spotty.
I already drink loads of water and wash my face throughly a few times a day to stop it getting oily. I also go gym regular and eat healthy. Is there anything that onyone can recommend to make my facial skin from good to perfect? besides water, anything that might help food or drink wise?
