Failing Samsung F1 - Need Some Help

Sorry, I am getting a little confused?

Can you send back a 1 year old failing drive to OCUK for replacement or does it have to go directly to Samsung?

I called OCUK and they were going to deal with it. If you run the diag and it fails then you would need to send your drive to them, they would run the Diag and send away your drive I beleive.
