Decided to dust off fallout for a bit of a adventure, but I need to tart it up a bit, so I've been looking into mods.
So far all I've got working is Nevada ENB and a weapon interia mod. I tried Asurah Reanimation Pack, but the ADS was incredible shaky and my pipboy stopped working.

Can anyone recommend any other mods that are a must? Especially any weapon animation mods, the vanilla stuff is just so wooden.

Watch some youtube videos about it. I’ve been planning to do the same thing but hsven’t Got round to installing anything yet, but I watched 3-4 youtube vids and got a great list of mods I want to use.

Indeed, worked fine the last time I modded it hell in W7, just seems like there is nothing I can do to get it working in W10, same for Fallout 3 as well.

I don't know what the name of the big Windows Update was called, but least 2-3 months ago, even with Windows Updates set to "manual" my PC downloaded some huge update and kept nagging me about installing it, it even put a shortcut on my desktop.

The day and week before, my Fallout 4 with about 170 hours and fully modded to hell which was stable as hell, never crashed and was working fine.

The next day when the update did a force install by itself, I woke up to find Fallout 4 crashing few seconds in the game, Fallout 3 and Fallout NV was given me like 1 or 2 FPS in game...

I managed to fix Fallout 3 and Fallout NV by doing a total reinstall.

Got Fallout 4 working by reinstalling it a dozen or so times but now it's very unstable even with no mods and nothing added. Sometimes the game will crash just a few seconds after the character has been setup or it would crash soon as I leave a Vault in a older save.

Later on, I managed to play the entire Vault part of the game and leaving it with like 30+ minutes of game play then it crashes at some random point and time.

It also did weird things to other games too, like the old C&C games where the resolution controls are totally broken.

Not a fan of Windows Updates anymore, never was before, that's why I had it set to "manual" so I could choose when to check.
