Fallout New Vegas - worth buying now?

aside from a CTD when overclocking my card i havent noticed any bugs so far after around 10 hours of play.

the 5870 can handle this game no problem at stock so its good so far.

Am going to wait until the GoTY edition is released, rather than buying this now and all the DLCs.
