False widow?

There isn't too much to judge the size from that video but it looks too big to be false widow. The markings are not typical for a false widow but I'm no spider expert.

I know I wasn't too much help, haha.

Looks like one but can't be 100% sure, we get them quite a lot on Campus here in Brighton, they are basically harmless.

Think a false widow has a white hourglass symbol on it, couldn't make out on the video as wasn't the best quality.

Nah its just like a kind of black and white blotchy pattern along their abdomen. They are only called false widows because they are a member of the widow family.

They are also pretty diverse is size, shape and markings, which makes identifying them tricky.

Good site for identifying spiders.

Actually after looking at that, it may be a female Walnut Orb-Weaver.

Edit:

Its body was about the size of a 5p

Then its probably not a widow, their tiny.
