void the warranty?-like he can't just put the original cooler back on
 
Yeah thats what i said, he could just put the stock cooler back on and RMA it, no one would be none the wiser, but as he said he didn't want to do that, which is fair play to him, so he got the GTX, i can't see any probs with that, still a stonking card, and performs on par with the x1900. :)
 
As i said earlier thats all that happens, they just close threads so they have to move into others until them are closed as well, they should just stop with the annual "flaming/fanboys etc... this will happen, that will happen" threads, and just do it.

Question :-

Your a flamer/fanboy etc... now if all that happens is a thread gets a little padlock on it, and you have to move to another one to continue till thats closed, then you move again, are you going to carry on if thats all that happens, no action against you ?

ive had a radeon 9200se. 6600gt, 7800gs. all agp

then 2x X1900xt crossfire

i will never have a following, ill just buy whatever comes out that i like

i like the sound of conroe, i dont care that its intel, i could be made by aldi for all im bothered, just that it works

if a new card comes out from nvidia that owns all ati cards, ill switch

REMEMBER ITS JUST A COMPUTER COMPONENT

you buy it cause it works not cause its a brand
