Fans not working

Hi there so i just started up my computer and all my fans apart from the CPU cooler is working which is very weird, however i restarted it and then it all worked again, and now i have just restarted it one more time and it stopped but the funny thing is about 20 mins later when i left the computer on it all started to work again. Anyone know why this is?

Psu is Corsair CX 750W PSU - 80plus Bronze Certified

What settings do you have for the fans in BIOS?
Are they all connected properly? (might be best to unplug them and plug them in again, but i doubt they would have all come loose)

sorry, I thought you said all fans except your CPU fan are working.

What CPU Cooler is it ?...my cpu cooler fans "as below" have been known not to spin up below a given tamp

Ah sorry let me rephrase

its not my cput cooler, that works perfect its my actually fans around the computer the 120mm and 140mm etc , there are 4 of them

How are those fans connected?

Directly to the motherboard, fan controller, PSU?

i got the nzxt phantom case 410 and i think its the fan controller, which is plugged into the psu but like for example now its working perfectly. but like an hour ago it was not, its very weird

Is the fan controller plugged in correctly into the Molex connection (I believe it is connected that way).

The 410 can only run the fans on low, not off, so it had to not be running correctly.

ye the fan controller can be turned from low medium and high, i will open up the computer later on tonight and check if everything is plugged in correctly
