Fans with LED's

I have 2

When plugged into my cosmos 2 fan controller the LED's flash unless I put them on full speed. I don't want them on full speed because they are too loud.

Any ideas?

Are you sure they are flashing and it's not just the fan blades blocking light momentarily?

No, They are flashing. I just stopped one of the fans and they are flashing

Scroll down to the fan controller section, seems like an issue with the built in fan controller sending pulses of voltage out to the fans.

In other words, they've skimped out on the quality of the fan controller. There is no solution, it's a hardware issue.

So... Cooler master screwed me over =/ Well, time to buy a new Fan controller!

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestions. I can't use the ones with knobs as I wouldn't be able to push the front panel up. The recon it is!

With my current cheapo fan controller if I have the fans on the lowest setting the LED's occasionally flicker which is annoying, they don't flash though.

I'm going to get a Bitfenix Recon sometime soon (when I have some spare cash), which I'm hoping will solve this problem, and will also let me turn the fans off. Does anyone know if you can control all (or some) of the fans on one or two of the temp probes or can each fan only be controlled by it's own probe?
