FAO : All the ******* in nightclubs.

Its the worst thing I've seen in the past couple of years (couple of harsher things before that mind, though none involving my mates). The level of knobs out there to ruin peoples night out would have to rise sharply before it stopped me going out completely :)

i was never really into it enough. when people started getting stabbed, shot, beaten up, ODing in toilets, slitting their own throats in toilets, starting fights, touching me and just being general ****s...that's when i stopped going out.

everytime i go out now it's the same. i didnt think a day would come where i wouldn't be surprised by 2 guys beating the **** out of a girl outside a club.

For some reason when my and my mates first started going out, we were never involved in anything at all. Recently though, practically every weekend some guy will try start something or mouth off towards us for NO reason at all.

It's really starting to wind me up. Only the other week after trying to calm some guy down did he try to hit one of my mates, missed, then started trying to hit a different mate. Following this all his mates run round the corner and ended up with about 5 of us vs 7 of them (for no real reason). Was quite amusing to see one police officer stood there unable to do anything because of the numbers involved.

I just don't get why some people bother going out or why they act the way they do.

maybe they leave us oldies alone but I still go down town once a weekend and haven't been involved in any hassle for 20 years

makes you wonder at the mentality of some of these folks though ( then again it is Manchester )

Was out happily last night in Manchester, and some complete and utter fag came up to me and my mates last night and smacked one right in the face for no reason, and ran off. I was absolutely fuming by this that some little **** just walks up to you or your mates and for no reason lays one on them and does one because he's a little bitch.

Sorry, rant over. Just really really ****** me off.

hey, i am genuinly sorry about what happened, as it happened to me when i was walking from my house to my friends house at 2.a.m. which was a fifteen minute walk, i got beaten up by 3 asian lads out side fatty arbucles night club which is about 800 meters from the local police station. when i called the police, some other random caucasion bloke just walked up to me and punched me in the head, oh and it took the police 30 minutes to get to me as they sent a car from the other side of the city as opposed to the local station. 4 guys, 1 night, and all i wanted to do was get from my house to my friends so that i could get my work bag :(

but do me a favour... chose your discription of the offender a little better,

it'd take a special kind of nutter to start anything on you mate.

I have to admit I never get grief from cheblers when I'm out but I know of at least one person who seems to attract more than his fair share of unwanted attention. It appears as if you don't look like you can handle yourself then you're an easier target and more likely to be randomnly attacked. Which sucks.

Both mates in this instance should have fought back. Would have made the guy think twice. It could be one person going round the country punching people but nobody is sticking up for themselves. :/

EDIT...

I've been lucky and have never been thrown out, or refused entry or ever been in a fight in a nightclub. To be honest I don't think I've ever had any friends involved in anything dodgy either. Then again I seldom go, and I hardly ever used to go except when I was at uni, I always preferred bars with dance floor. I now prefer a quiet pub :o

Ditto with the exception of not being let in due to incorrect attire... facists! ;)

sounds like a fun evening :p

"Doorman Norman" asked me to wake up my wife, we were with friends who were dancing and since it was late (1am) I didn't see the harm. So i said no.

He then got on the radio to his chums and then he asked me to leave. I said, "say please"!!! whooshh..

I didn't leave that easy :p
At 38, i should know better!!
