You might be surprised how distinctive many posting styles can be, there's a number of people on here that could be recognised within a post or two and plenty more that you could guess within a series of about ten posts. It's not an absolute of course but it's one of those things that could lead to further investigation.

Sure, some people succeed at evading - but you sound pretty arrogant. Anyway, he who laughs last laughs the hardest and all that. Motors hasn't missed you - so don't worry yourself about it. :)
 
I wont. At the end of the day its good for searches, bad for advice, and theres always pistonheads if you actually want a decent answer.

I apologise to fox for the past but not to anyone else who saw a bandwagon and jumped on it. The big mod thread in there speaks for itself, moderation is clamping down and the crowd who go on witchunts and slate people over car choice are getting all defensive because it means they wont be able to do so anymore. Kind of funny really!

Its likely I will be buying an M3 next year when i graduate, i have £12k in the bank from inheritance and nothing to spend it on, so when the time comes i will just ask fox his opinion on certain possible purchases on IRC, skipping the drama and getting to the real advice all in 2 minutes.

Im fond of the photography forum. I could get a new account and post critique and just change my exif to another camera model, my hosting to another provider and domain name (or use tinypic) and no one would have a clue.

At the end of the day my previous clan sort of opened my eyes : im not easy to get on with, and i dont even realise, so i cant really change it, so i have to accept that my forum account has a lifecycle.
 
Since this seems to be a sort of Q & A thread, I was wondering if it would be possible to ask a mod to change the t in my username to a capital T.

It's driving me mad :(
