Fast way to back up a Nas Box

looking for a bit of help.
We had a powercut over night and the cloud station that we use for work has now got a RAID error, the device and files are accessible but not now raided.

i will need to go into the web config and try to rebuild the array though this shouldnt affect any of the files i have been advised to back up the data.
What would be the quickest way of doing this to another external hdd?

Well I don't know why you don't copy off the files over the network. Otherwise pull the disks, attach with SATA/eSATA/USB3/TB and do a sector-by-sector clone or image.
