Fastest current desktop hard drive?

I'm looking for a new OS hard drive to replace my 120MB/s, 13MS 250GB x2 RAID 0 setup. I don't want to spend too much, i.e. not a 2TB drive please!

Now I know for a fact that the Samsung Spinpoint F4 HD322GJ matches those speeds, and goes passed them on it's own.

Is there anything faster? It seems the Toms Hardware HD list doesn't cover newer hard drives.

I know an SSD or Raptor will be faster, but I'm asking for a normal HD here as I'm not spending that much.

Unless you want to pay double for a slightly faster WD caviar black.

The HD103SJ? That comes just below the HD322GJ in most tests, in all others it's the same.
