Fastest Gaming setup?

I currently have

1x 150GB Raptor
1x 750GB Seagate 32mb
1x 500GB WD 16mb
1x 400GB Hitachi 8mb

I am running a little low on space only about 200GB free overall now.

What the best option to get maximum speed - I want my games to load faster, especially maps online whilst in servers etc.

Got a fair bit of cash spare right now. Should I get another 150GB Raptor or go for a raid array with some 500GB 32MB cache drives like 3 in raid 0 or something?

What would you suggest and why.

Worth looking into the new 320GB platter drives coming out soon as they show have an improved performance boost over current 250GB platter hdds
