it may be the N68S-ucc as i bought 1 from the forums that would only go to the splash screen and no further even though OCuk had tested it and said it was working to bios and windows. 2 people tried and could not get it to work.
i have since bought another one that works but am dubious about the motherboard as there does seem to be an issue with the board.
before you buy anything else you should get the motherboard or cpu tested out in another system.
you don't want to waste money on unneccessary purchases.
