Well look for yourself. Asus support for anything other than monitors, laptops and server products is pretty damn poor. They refuse to deal with customers directly and their RMA turnaround time for faulty products can be very slow, one of the good reasons why we don't sell their high-end VGA products.
HIS have no UK call centre, no UK email, clearly not as good as the likes of BFG or EVGA for instance.
However company like HIS however does go a long way to supporting the vendor, or at least ourselves. All returned items are all immediately credited which gives us the ability to swap customers cards out quickly.
