Fav linux distro ?

It entirely depends on what I am doing, any of the below (in no particular order);
opensuse
ubuntu desktop or server
debian
openbsd
centos
backtrack

I don't run linux full time any more on the desktop, so I tend to pick the distro that most closely matches what I am trying to do.
 
i love backtrack, for the simple reason, how powerful a system pen test tool it is...on a wee 4 gb usb just boot straight onto it and start cracking and hacking...SO FUN :)

Although the main drawback is that with a 4Gb usb drive you can't hold any dictionaries of reasonable size to crack/hack bu**** all :) better used as Network Managers tool :)

Debian - The stable release is out of date compared to most distros, never broken on me though.

Fedora - Works nice for me, there all about the free only software so codecs, graphics drivers etc will need to be installed afterwards.

Ubuntu - Easy.
 
I wouldn't say I have a particular favourite. I think a lot of them are better suited for certain tasks and environments.

I use Arch/debian testing.
