Silver is good, it's deffinatly silver and black as the main colours these days for pc things, no more beige, but black beats silver for me :D

Silver for me, it's bright, doesn't look as bulky as white, fits in with the colour scheme of my glass desk and monitor and I'm not sure but black just doesn't show off a case very well (imo), it's just standard. Any other colour is too loud.
 
Surely it depends on one's desktop environment?

My computer desk for example is black, as is my keyboard, mouse, and TFT - so in this case a black tower is the natural option.

Someone with a white theme however would be better off going silver imo.
 
best colour i ever saw was a charcoal grey, however i have no idea where i saw it or what it was. but i want one :(

black shuttles look far seksier than silver ones, would say the same for the black widow compared to the silver one. silver is sleek if you can pull it off but black just goes with everything!
