Any raw milk cheese, Keenes cheddar, Montgomery cheddar, Swiss Emmental, French camembert, Reblochon, Parmesan. 'Lightwood' do a soft raw milk cheese called 'Chaser' which is pretty awesome. At the end of the day though you can't beat a good mature cheddar.

When I was a small boy I used to call brie and camembert "favourite cheese". I am still very fond of it and would consider them one of my favourites
