FEAR 2 Framerate Issues

for 4870x2 users,you just need to off motion blur to get around average 200 fps.this issue have nothing to do with catalyst AI. i believe catalyst 9.1 already solve that issue. i am not sure with crossfire though. eventhough this game utilise a lot of physx,ati did a great job to keep up with it.for those with microstuttering problems overclocking your processor to 3.8ghz help reduce that result.

i-7 920 3.82ghz
kingston 3X2gb DDR3 1333mhz
msi x58 eclipse SLI
4870x2 GDDR5 2gb
western digital WD3200JS
silverstone olympia 700watt psu
windows vista home premium 32-bit

200fps - that'll be partly down to your superb cpu m8. I get around 60 with motion blur off and its a very smooth gameplay. 200 though must be smooth as silk, n1.:)

I was going to say what problems? Like you I turned off motion blur as i don't like it, just checked the fps and its around 200 and smooth as silk with a slight hiccup at the Autosaves.
