i might have to take you up on that offer mate if youve got some. The damn things still havnt come so im hoping they will arrive tomorrow. Could you take some up with you mate just in case?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not wanting to begrudge you a great night out - and I know exactly what it feels like to have that enthusiasm, anticipation and lust for the place. Just enjoy it!

In answer to your edit... every saturday night was attended with really really silly bright colours - usually blue and yellow for me - and facepaint, and stargazer in the hair. It even went as far as going into town one day to buy a black shirt, some red felt and some red fuzzy material stuff. Three days later (in preparation for the first Red & Black night) cue one shirt with a massive GC lion on the back, with "Gatecrasher Is My Church" above the lion, and "Matt Hardwick Is My God" underneath - and a red furry tie to go with it. A tube of red stargazer later and I was ready to go :D

I'm off on holiday this aft with the fiancee for a week so all you fella's have a good 'un - say hello to the ol' place from me :)

Unfortunately most of my GC pictures were uploaded to a site that no longer exists - and an untimely dying of a hard drive meant they were lost forever. I still have some though - excuse the poor quality - i had to take a picture of them with my phone and email them to myself in uber-low quality and size.



^^ how Republic looked back in 2001 - taken from the main room upstairs room balcony right at the back where the lighting guys used to be. That splash of yellow is the top of the DJ booth.



^^ me looking very plain on the bondy/tiesto b2b night i was on about earlier back in 2001. We'd been down to bournemouth for Armin @ Slinky on the friday night and didn't get back up to sheffield til late, so we got changed in the car, threw a tube of gazer about and went straight in.

Thats my shirt and my ear plugs just come through the letter box, the tshirt is a bit on the massive side but screw it it getting worn at crasher.
 
andy may be providing me with a pair - if not then i'll have to buy a cheap pair, but its no trouble :)

Dont tell me tickets have sold out? :( Me and some mates where going to go till the other day when they decided they couldnt afford it, but i still want to go! i live 5 mins away from gatecrasher, anyone know where i might possibly be able to buy a ticket? :confused:

If you can find a flyer there should be a list of pubs that sell tickets. Ring them up and ask them all if they have any tickets, if they say no demand that they ask a manager and ask them to put them aside for you and pick them up straight away.

Worked for me once :)
 
Smilieman have you got a 3.5mm to phono cable that you can bring to connect to the mixer?

EDIT - oh and headphones!!!
