Anyone going to get these masterpieces when they are released on Friday?

I am severely tempted to get them again, however ill only get them if you can skip the cut scenes!
 
I really loved FFX, and got my son a PS Vita so I could play the HD version on the sly.

Is this version further updated or the same as the PS Vita version? It's just that given that some sections of the game between chances to save can be up to 30mins or so, being able to just suspend the vita is a great trick whereas if that's not possible with the PC version, it might be more of a slog.

Also don't mess up learning the Jecht shot ;)
 
FFX is probably my favourite of the franchise and i never got the chance to play X-2 so i will absolutely be picking these up!
 
Oh dear god, I remember restarting my playstation so many times until I nailed the jecht shot. blitzball would be impossible without it!
 
I'm currently 2/3rd's through a playthrough on PS4, but I've left it for about 3 months now.
Not sure whether to try and get back into it, or get it on PC and start again.
 
Hell yea. I have this on PS3 already, but I'm down to support Final Fantasy on PC, especially a well done package like this, not just some mobile port.
 
I might do but it wasn't that long ago I completed it on the vita remake. I'm not sure if I'm in a rush to play through it again.

However it was the last great FF and my favourite with IX being a close second.

There's been some pretty solid rumors that FF12 Remastered is on its way. This'll probably come to PS4 first, but I would certainly expect that it'll eventually come to PC, too. Would be very weird if it didn't. There is no doubt that Square is fairly intent on supporting Final Fantasy on the PC. Just maybe not as first priority, which is understandable.
 
Remeber renting FFX from Choices and didn't return it for nearly two weeks. Then they closed down and never paid the late charge.

I want to get it but not sure I'll enjoy it like I did the first. Thinking about it now it's surprising how much I can remember after 15 years. I'm sure I will, for the nostalgia.

I felt lost upon completion. 'Like, wtf am I gonna play now? Nothing will come close to that experience.'

Edit: X2 was forgettable.

I love FFX, probably my favourite final fantasy game.

I already got the HD remaster for the ps3 a year or two back, and platinum'd it, so unfortunately I don't think there's a whole lot of replay value to be had for me.

I hated X-2. I guess I might consider having a bash on it (ps3) though to see if its as bad as I remember.
 
About damn time, I google everyweek hoping this comes to PC and I find out through OcUK.

Interesting, they're bringing the boosters like Increase game speed, Would make level, monster arena, dark matter ETC little more bearable.
