***FIFA 10 - PS3 10v10 Clubs***

While I remember Ive created 2 very basic formations for us to use in Club - mainly done it to try and stop the CPU forcing us to track back as much and ensure our attacking options are in the right place especially if we counter.

To get at these just find me in the player hub and then select my shared tactics (R1 for drop down IIRC) then use R2 to select formations (only has two options - tactics and formations). You will find 2 formations for Mexico which you can download and use in the team management screen.

These are to be used by the Captain (who is ANY) to select, its either 4222 or 41212 (442 diamond) - pretty sure FIFA just labels the 4222 as 442 Custom 1 and the 41212 as 442 Custom 2. Just make sure when you use the dpad to choose defensive/offensive that this directly changes how much tracking back every player is asked to do - I think Defensive is the best option going to Balanced since it does move the defensive line high up the pitch...

The changes Ive made are that the defenders and DM are moved back slightly and have no preferences what-so-ever while the AMs and STs only have attacking preferences and the RM/LM are slightly more forward and nearer the wing. Its been left symmetrical to give as much flexibility as possible. I guess 422 suits 4+ANY players while the 41212 suits 5+ANY...

The 41212 hasnt been tested yet but its similar to what I setup on 09 (the defence and DM isnt as back as 09 though) - if you have any suggested tactics/forms just let us know or try them if you are Captain. Would love to hear if anyones done any setup plays as I dont know how that works on Club level (FK/Corner taker I assume has to 'own' the set play)...

guys i would fancy having a wee bash at this too, if its not too late, will i have to use my virtual pro? or we using real players? can i edit my virtual pro's position before a game so he re-adjust to that position or am i stuck with him being a CF forever? ive done 35% of the accomplishments but ive only used him for a day or two
 
After last nights 10v4 Id definitely say we dont want static players as defenders - its good for a laugh and to see when we get 10 but I wouldnt say its too useful for a proper match. If I was topher (hes happy to play ANY?) Id make sure to control the defensive line as a minimum...

Yep, I think that's what I'm gonna have to do.

It's not fair on those who play with the club not to get a place when we have people wanting to play this match and haven't played with us before.
