anyone got a cheap starter team which is effective - ive got max of 30k but would prefer cheap as poss

any team div etc

ive got pogba, palacio and defoe - but the team doesn't have to contain any if u don't think effective

Formation can be left up to you I just picked one where I could fit a lot of effective cheap players in.

The advantage is you've got some of the best performing cheap players in the league.

I've not played with him myself but will do on recommendations here.

I'm currently using Sissoko in the meantime and I find him to be effective if not just a little boring. Nothing special, but does the job and he's cheap so ideal to start with.

I found him to be amazing, never gave him a chance in 12/13, but HH workrates in CMs seem to be a lot better in '14, i really like him!

Benteke has been made useless after the patch I have found, yet Kone seems to have gotten better. It seems as if Benteke has completely lost his power header trait, I mean Kone can smash them in with his head, yet Benteke seems to just do passbacks now.

Now people are recommending Sturridge but everyone i come up against online uses Remy tbh, probably due to him being cheaper, anyone used both and do a mini review on both?

I never thought I'd say it, but I'm loving Per Mertersacker at the back. Always in the right place and pretty much wins everything in the air. Paired with Koschelmy at the mo.

Henry is so nice to use, not the greatest on card, or even ingame stats, but he's always in the right place at the right time!
