There should be lots of gameplay vids form gamescom cams etc.. :)

Shame about no Figo or Maradona, but I'm sure Reus & Aubemayang will destroy most legend teams :o
 
I might switch to X1 for Fifa just for the better market and new legends... but legends might just be a timed exclusive?

Still not sure how chem will work with legend cards. I'd imagine they have 0 impact on chem and you can play them in what ever team you like.

i wish fifa UT would introduce wager matches so before the game you can both agree a player to risk losing if you lose the match but both teams have to agree before the match, so i select messi opponent selects ronaldo type thing, or a wager match where you can risk coins..both put in 5k coins each winner takes all type thing, i think fifa don't want to introduce this though as it would prob somehow affect the market and people would buy less packs etc, thats why there tournaments pay some rubbish coins sometimes.

also why did a lot of people want ultimate team head to head match brought back, you get more rewards for winning tournaments and league that just a 1 vs 1 exhibition type match, i don't see why it was a demand..am i missing something?
 
i'm really looking forward to fifa 14 on ps4 this year. Going to finally 'do' ultimate team, as i've never dabbled with it before, preferring instead to just to seasons. I'm also going to try and learn some of the skill moves so that i can use them effectively in game, and not just completely randomly as now!

It's because in the league, and slightly less so in the cups, a lot of people simply play to win, using 3-5-2 sweat teams playing on ultra-defensive and counter attacking. It's no fun if you're looking for an enjoyable game. In the single head to head matches, people are a lot more likely to use different teams and formations which is generally more enjoyable to play against.
 
I agree with the English legend choices being poor, wish they added players like Bobby Moore and Charlton, would be brilliant.

Hopefully EA will listen to their customers and release more legends we want later down the line.

I think it'll be a full exclusive, the deal EA and MS have put together seems to be very focused on the Xbox being the spoilt kid.

Legends, I think will only get chemistry from fellow countrymen, which makes sense.

Would be nice to finally play you, too! :p

As far talking about single online matches, the money from them in 12 was higher Ghana tournament, you could get 600 coins for a win in tournament, then go play a single match, win and get 1000 cons, also back then there was no league, so if you we're inconsistent, you would make more coins from single matches than going through and winning the gold/advanced tournament.

Obviously seasons bring in more cash now with the 'end of season bonus' even if you be relegated, so I guess time will tell, I never found single match opponents to be any less competitive or less willing to do anything to win!

Well it depends on the legends they would release, if they did a poll and put the top ones in packs then at least they listened. If they just put who they want in again then I agree.
 
Maybe some players, i.e. Shearer wanted a LOT of cash to allow their likeness to be used, I can imagine Maradona being a diva and asking way too much, whereas you can almost imagine Pele saying 'go for it'

Yeah that's what people were saying yesterday, probably licensing and cost that stopped some of them being added. Maradonna next to Messi would have been nice though.

Fans will be able to acquire Legends in packs or through the Transfer Market, and then compete with their squads in special tournaments... Each legend will be available in packs for a limited time and at different times throughout the season."
