Well you can going by the link mate, just things like achievements and UT etc will not switch over cross platform only from ps3->ps4 and 360-one etc.

You have to buy them on the web app - you don't get the option to buy with fifa points ingame until you're on the retail version.

I've not tried normal online games yet, but I will do later. To be honest I can't imagine it being a huge different, UT this year feels just as fast as fifa 13 normal online seasons last year
