Its OP this year. Its looks really dumb when your tall CB's just stand there while a small CF heads the ball in.

I also noticed they are still are hiding the arena behind the squad loading screen. When will they fix that?

I'm really quite liking this after some games now. I like how it's not all about pace any more, and more about the build up play and exploiting gaps. Started my career mode off at Everton and signed a few players - Mangala, Sidney Sam, and Juan Mata (after he requested a transfer from Chelsea). Everton actually have a pretty decent squad for once, though some players are rated lower than I would have them.

Had a quick go on UT last night and won my first game 2-0. Could easily have been 4 or 5 but his keeper played quite well. I like now how the speed of UT is much closer to that of career mode, so it won't be as difficult to swap between them as it was in Fifa 13.

Online is just cross after cross with 70% of them going in. The defence seems useless when defending them. Not sure if this is just because of the defenders being used and that when i get some rare golds this will change.

Over the top balls are OP also. The forwards seem to be able to bring the ball down perfectly every time and knock it on. Again this could be down to the naff defenders in my team.

My record is 3-3-7. Last year during pre-release I remember winning my first 10 games. This years Fifa is just harder to score. Saying that, I was playing the majority of my games with Storari in goal, who is rubbish.

My current squad. Gervinho and Niang are really impressive. Kaka is amazing, players with high dribbling really show this year. Serie A has a lot of really slow but quality strikers, the ones with 80+ pace all cost way too much.

Built this team without pack binging, I only transferd 100c for the special gold squad pack.

Would like to get Barzagli, Radu and Maicon next. Slow but quality defenders seems the way to go this year.

That team looks great. Klose will deffo shine with his heading. One player I loved in fifa 13.

Looking to get him and gomez in a team come friday after my pack binge.

Just sold some players. Klose on the bench and bought Vucinic(4.8k), Inler(1.5k) and Benatia(3.6k).

I have 4 of those 99 contracts but who the hell uses a player for that many games? I don't want to waste those on someone that is going to be sold.

I do! I had players like Reus, Ribery and Robben for well over 150 games each.

Finesse shots seem toned down from the demo, as I haven't actually scored one yet (though come close a few times). The gameplay seems smoother than the demo to me, but to be fair I didn't put as much time in the demo as I have done in previous years. I'm definitely enjoying it so far though.

Finesse shots are still powerful but not OP like the demo. Full game feels better than the demo.

I'd still say they're quite OP. They're FIFA 12 level IMO. It's just the power - they go so fast lol.

Yes they do get injured. I had 2 players injured in 1 match. 1 is out for 1 game and the other for 2 games.

That is a pretty huge plus.. when i was on my pack binges the amount of stuff i had to discard then later down the line buy again was unreal.

How low do you guys let your fitness lvls go down to? I usually let it drop to 90 before buying a squad fitness card... and thats usually every 2 games. How far can it go down to before players start to play sluggish?
