I tried it and it's good but the ST feels very isolated. Preferred the standard 4231 with 3 CAMs buzzing around. The LM/RM start pretty deep in that 4231. You have to build up quite slowly which can be a problem with the way everyone just sprints towards your player on the ball and they don't seem to really get punished ever for doing so.

Wow, lost 5 on the bounce tonight on UT Online Season, for some reason it felt very much like FIFA13 (rebounds, stupid decisions, and momentum not in my favour!).

After the 5th I called it a night.

Trying more and more to slow the pace down and wait for openings, having a lot more luck scoring now.

I find the wingbacks pushing forward really helps, gives lots of avenues to pass to, but if I lose the ball I'm exposed for the counter

Balotelli is seriously good. I'm playing like **** on the build up, still way way too fast but he's keeping me winning. Got something like 25 goals from 15 games which ain't half bad considering I'm absolutely dire compared to 13.

Oh and Robert: Maicon is ridiculous as well. Very good with Anchor on.

I'm using Baines with Anchor too, he's brilliant.

I think the best players I've used so far are Eto'o, Baines, Nasri, and Jesus Navas.

Navas destroyed me. He is so quick. Speed is def a big factor. If you don't watch out for those pacey wingers, you will hurt.

Wish we could see in game stats of players at the squad screen. Not enough time during a pause menu.

Vidal + powerhouse = god?

My top goal scorer after 22 or so games is.... Gervinoho with 14 goals. He is pretty good in this. Still would rather have El Shaarawy or Mertens.

Hard to tell what the game will be like. There's no "easy" games at the mo as most of the people with season tickets are at least semi decent so the games come down to margins as both players are learning the game again.

Finesse shots are being whored to hell in seasons though. That didn't take long! I've seen some purlers against me lol.

Probably not much use for a lot of people considering Fifa 14 comes free with the console. Still, decent offer.

Yes, all your UT stuff (as well as Career stuff) will carry across to the Xbox One.

I'd normally write this off as a load of crap, but quite a few people on that thread say they have the Retail version (I assume American) and that the game plays much differently. But then someone from EA says there hasn't been a patch to address any issues yet, but one is coming.

He says how finesse and headers are toned down, and dribbling is better.

To be honest, the only thing I want to change is heading accuracy, lobbed through ball accuracy, and finesse.

Ended up putting this together:

Giroud and Torres are pretty good Giroud has 5 in 4 and Torres has 4 in 4. I think I need to do some more research into the chemistry styles to get the full benefit.
