Julian Draxler so far for me. 80 rated CAM, non-rare, only cost me about 1400 coins but plays a lot better than that. Fairly quick, great passer, 4 star skills and 5 star weak foot. Really can't complain for the price.

Balotelli.

Not surprising but imagine somebody quick and tall and strong. Then multiply that by two. That's FUT14 Balotelli. He's insanely good.
 
Well I'm hugely impressed with Gamestop. Sent yesterday from Ireland and arrived today. They used Royal Mail 24 hours which when they did with GTA5 I assumed was due to the restrictions on sending copies out early.

Paid via cash, no receipt, dodgy shop. Couldn't care less if something goes wrong, got the game cheaper and a day early.

As said they wouldn't be able to sell the game any higher as ASDA is right next to them and everyone just goes there.
 
for people who keep losing to headed goals - it's because you think your playing fifa 13, this is 14, the heading stat counts for defender's

and the fact your in fifa 13 mode means you have went out and bought CB's based on PACE before anything else.

you want Campagnaro, Benatia, Barzagli and Chiellini at the back for serie A, not Jesus or Caceres.

For Liga BBVA you want Godin, Pepe, Puyol, Pique, etc not mascherano or martinez, etc.


since buying CB's who can head the ball means i can now defend header's a lot easier.

put it this way in real life you would expect Ba to beat mascherano in the air from a cross, etc.


4 at the back formations are being crap for me, full backs charge forward for the overlap and your left with 2 at the back, currently playing 352 but it's so exposed with the way runs are made in this and if the other player already is playing 3 up front, but at least on the counter i always have 3 at the back.


i have completely changed my teams now and sold the brazil team because their decent CB's cost too much

playing so much better with slightly slower CB's who actually know how to defend


i'm guessing a lot of people are playing on defensive or ultra defensive to counter the through balls too, because every time i'm up against a 4 atthe back their full backs just stay put.

so why would a retailer sell a game at a loss?

that doesn't make any sense.

if you cannot compete on price then you have to find another way to do so, like the dodgy shop in glasgow that always sells early but for a premium, so they actually sell some copies, otherwise it's not worth their time stocking it.

I don't know I didn't ask him, was just happy they had it, the last thing I'm gonna do is tell him he's selling it too cheap when I'm buying it.

Also your point on defenders is right, many of the streamers/youtubers this year are using people like Vidic who are absolutely beast despite slow pace.
 
Hmm...Aaron Ramsey...why is he only 77 non-rare? He's EPIC...loving him.

Swapped from 4-5-1 (2) to 4-2-3-1 (2) and still struggling to put that round thing in the net area...bought Bony and he is not bad, gets into better places than Carroll. Noticed Sigurdsson was lacking something in CAM, so grabbed De Guzman for 500 coins...I'll have more coins and players at midnight as I'm going Tesco for the Fifa14 deal of Fifa 14 for £33 if bought with a £25 PSN card, so I'll have £75 in my PSN for packs but will only spend the original £50 in there :p
