Tbh a tenner doesn't get you many packs so the chances of pulling an IF is going to be very low.

I am not talking just about that 1 tenner. I am talking not having an inform since FIFA 11 and have had quite a few packs over the years. OK, not on the same scale as some on here but still, it shouldn't be necessary to spend £100 a time to get any luck.

Caceres would make a great CDM though or even a full back

i take it you use him in a 3 at the back formation?

he is only useful in a 3 atb on the side because he plays like a full back then

in a 4 at the back formation though he is terrible, need someone better at defending and strength is important.



on another note IF Campagnaro is being price fixed on PS3, everyone on 360 should buy the cheapest ones on the market and give it a few day's or week's and reap the rewards on 360 when it happens.

Believe it or not the best keeper i have came up against, i mean i absolutely pounded the team and he saved everything was Sceszny or however you spell it the arsenal GK.

looking at his stats though he looks terrible.

maybe he just had a good game but he pulled off some crazy stuff.

Courtois and Handonavic though have been great so far for me, using Courtois on Basic and Handonavic on glove iirc.
 
sonny who do you suggest as a low/mid price brazillian cb lot of people on futhead suggest jesus but his stats dont look great ? i was going to go santanta ?

that futwiz makes no sense it says

dante defensive stats is 571 and jesus is 579 so that suggests jesus is better defending but when you hover over the defensive graph it highlights dante as the better defender with 86 over 79 ?

liked him last year too as a budget option, but his IF this year seems to tick all the boxes, been using his normal card up until today when i saved up for the IF.

nothing really stands out as being brilliant, just so well rounded, but he scored on his debut, outside the box using his weak foot.


i also scored from my own half today (i was actually just outside my own box), was winning 2-1, their keeper came up for the corner, i headed or punched it out the box to Matt Jarvis of all people, sprinted with the ball for a split second then smashed it towards the goal, i've tried this so many times and it's always ended up going wide, this time it went in.

must have been something like 70 yards out

look at the stats some are more important than others

for me the best pairing is

Silva and Dante

failing Silva (far too expensive i know) it has to be

Miranda and Dante

Jesus

Aggression 87
Interceptions 78
Jumping 89
Marking 81
Sliding Tackle 79
Standing Tackle 82
Strength 83

Dante

Aggression 78
Interceptions 86
Jumping 68
Marking 85
Sliding Tackle 86
Standing Tackle 85
Strength 83

Jesus has better aggression and jumping, Dante beats him on everything else, you could argue Jesus will be better in the air for defending headers, but then you have to remember Dante is also 2 inches taller than him, so he doesn't need to be so good at jumping.

Always look at the height of CB's, ST's and GK's it has a huge effect on how good they are in the air

Jesus is actually pretty good, but he is expensive imo when you can just buy Miranda for the same coins.

the third best pairing would most likely be

Jesus and Miranda if you couldn't afford Dante or Silva


Luiz is another who is just far too expensive compared to the alternatives you can buy for less who are just as good or better in some cases.

Wow Sonny you really like to win an argument... I use him in a 41212(2) with Chiellini with de Rossi as the CDM. I've used Barzagli and I didn't find him no where near as good as Caceres. But hey I guess stats are the be all and end all :rolleyes:

As I mentioned for ME Caceres has been absolutely amazing he is always in the defensive line when I need him. I've never had an issue with him being shoved off the ball because unlike Barzagli, Caceres balance is much higher so he doesn't fumble as much.

On another matter I just made a 433(5) false 9 with Suarez and holy crap is it fun to play with. Granted only played 2 games with it so far :p but Suarez's dribbling is obscenely good with a finisher chem card on him he seems to be able to just score whenever he is near the goal.

Exactly if we just went by stats Guarín would apparently be the 4th best player in the game. Yet he only costs about 6.5k coins. That's rather cheap for the 4th best player in the game :p

The BPL team still needs some chem cards will sort that out 2moz most likely. Mirallas is also really bloody good, fantastic winger imo :)

Different defensive stats weigh different amounts - different levels of importance.

Jesus just has a high jumping stat, the ratings on Futwiz are just meant to be an indicator, another thing to help highlight certain players strengths/weaknesses/suitability for specific roles.

Currently playing Bale as a striker, he's pretty good there the player I'm enjoying the most in this team is IF Isco, can't believe he's just 70k!

am i the only one that thinks those chemistry styles cards are mainly pointless?

i mean i prefer them over "morale", but it feels like they added them basically because they took away morale, have EA stated how they actually effect the boosted stats?

or is it basically like using a +3 or +2 all attribute card for those specific attributes and basic is +1 all attribute card for all attributes.

i got a GK all attribute +10 card in a pack and since those are 1 game only type deal was gonna sell it, until i saw they were only worth 150 coins, might as well just use it then.

Guarin looks beast mode as a CAM tbh

he's so well rounded that if he get's an IF he will be the only player in the game with pretty much 80+ in every position on his card

he only has 1 red stat - marking, doesn't look good defensively (tackling is poor also) but going forward he looks like he could prove to be a powerhouse, long shots and shot power look great especially.

looks quite physical too.

will deffo need to try him out at some point, if he get's an IF it will be insane.
