As much as like Ibra I think i will sell him on. I just his price dropping after Xmas and I don't think I'm am getting full use of him so seems a waste. Going sell on and I dunno build a bunda team.

I'm still not settled on formations though I just can't seem to find one I really enjoy. What do people use for custom tactics ? I've just been leaving it as normal but I swear I need to use them.

Ozil is best just behind a striker. Mata is a good false 9 as he has high finishing.

I think Ozil would be a bit fragile and 1 footed for False 9, could try Jovetic or Eriksen?

Depends on formation, could imagine him being good as a CM in 433(2) with the 1 CDM, him on one side, someone like Gundogan on the other, Gustavo in the middle, 1 pure defensive CDM and 2 CM's who go forward but can do it all.

No. I might actually try that though.

Just held div 3. 3-3-3 was my record. Two games I should have won but in one of them I scored two own goals and it ended 3-3. Face palm.

I need to stop trying to pass it out from the back and rushing set pieces. Costing me cheap goals.

There is a massive gap between semi pro and professional. So frustrating, does anybody have tips? Computers swarms all over and and seems faster, stronger and a defense that is rock solid to get behind.

What are you guys doing for custom tactics? If I feel I can hit the win or need a goal I put team press and high pressure but that's about it.. As for formations I think no matter what you use there will always be someone and some formation which will break you down and make you want to sell up happens all the time.

I find it slightly more challenging on Professional but it's just a case of concentrating more and passing loads I find. Just keep the ball, pass back if needed, use less through balls and maybe go slightly defensive to begin to feel comfortable maybe?

I find on semi-pro it is too easy as you can just through ball it over the top for plenty of chances. Doesn't work as the difficulty goes up. I've played against both world class and legendary in FUT Seasons now too and can still win, just not by as many goals and needing to make far fewer mistakes. Mistakes get punished more on world class and legendary.

I just can't seem to find a formation that I like or that I can win with

I've always either played 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 on Ultimate team and I'm just having no luck.

I don't think my team is 'bad' per say, I've got some good players and players I like playing as, but meh. Lack of coins mean that it's difficult to build.

Whats the favoured UT formations this year? I was about to make a 4231 squad with CAMs but just realised I havent got a clue how it would play...

Tempted to use 41212 as never used it before...

I've generally used:
41212: Solid but boring, very rigid formation
4231 (with LM/RM): Very solid, not great going forward
4231 (with CAMs): Probably my favourite formation, very solid defensively and good going forward.

Not found a team I like though.

A lot of people here are on the false 9 hype but I've never liked 433 formations as the wingers are off playing a different game on their own most of the time...

Yeah Ive never been a fan of 433 other than the cross field diagonal ball you can abuse, its more isolated than 4222. Why I thought 4231 might be a nice second choice, though I really need that central CAM to be a second ST most of the time...

Problem with me is that I like 2 up front and a central CAM, though FIFA 13/14 make it a pain in the ass to try and get goals by walking it through the middle at times, so easily to be pulled off the ball or scupper your shot when off balance.

Really tempted to try 352 for a laugh as it sounds like the attacking AI is gonna score whatever happens and I loved the midfield dominance it gives you
