FIFA 14

I'm getting some great cards from those Individual ones but I am severely lacking down the left side.

Players got so far - Navas(RM) - Iniesta(CAM) - Sergio Busquet(sp?)(CDM) - Walker(RB) - Javi Garcia(CDM) - Victor Valdes(GK)- SAM(RM)- Sergio Ramos(LB)- Rooney(ST) & a fair few I've forgot.

Every time I open a pack now I Pray for Pedro/Hazard/Schurlle :p

Maybe make a South American team & a Euro one? I'm really waiting on Messi for mine, maybe Lucas & Thiago Silva and then I'm pretty content with it, chremistry doesn't seem as much of an issues, I have Boateng & Vidal on 6 chem, Lamel on 7 and Fernandinho at RM on 6 iirc, and they all play fine, Aguero is completely amazing then terrible for me, Ronaldo gets targeted way too much to be able to always be effective, the plan i to keep 3421 as its really good fun, if not a little open at times (2 HH CMs will do that to you!) and have a front 3 of Messi (CF at RF on 7 chem) Aguero Ronaldo.

Think they should have added 'same club' to the chem. Lot of players that would make perfect sense to match up, but you can't because of the continent, yet they play for the same world leading clubs.

I must have spent 150k on packs and still don't have any good defenders. At all. Or a CDM. And Silva is unbearably woeful at RW.

Current WC team in false nine is

Depay - Rooney - Robben
Koke - Matuidi - Shirokov
De Sciglio - Bonucci - Koscielny - Johnson
Courtois

Not convinced by Depay or Matuidi but the rest are pretty decent
I seem to either play decent players or players who are either complete nobs or just plain crap

I also seem to keep packing Euro goalkeepers
I have Begovic, De Gea, Reina and several others as backup but no CMs and no Totti

This is true. He does run fast although, to be honest, I've not been that impressed with him. Losing easy headers, missing chances, being caught up and pushed over by weaker and slower players all the time. If I had paid however much $$ for him in UT I would be so unimpressed with him to be honest .

Try paying 2.6M when he gets bid bumped from 1.6, he then ruins your team due to rating being too high and you have to sell for 1.4!

Good times :D

Liking him a lot more in UTWC as he was "free", so there is no pressure associated with a price tag.
 
Im slowly starting to move away from vanilla FUT...
Enjoying the excitement of getting someone good in WC, for some reason, I dont feel bad at all spending my coins on WC but I did in vanilla :o

Oh, and why oh why is Oscar's WR M/H now?
and Hazard's is M/L....

Oscar, I was thinking has been completely infective for me despite being amazing in normal FUT.

need a decent right back desperately anyone will do above 75 as well as some better forwards, Forlan has a brilliant long shot on him but Jo is just a target man and bacca is a runner, they do the job but I'd be happier with someone more lethal.


looking through all the players I would like an african team but I would need all the top players for it to really be better than SAM or EU which is going to be near on impossible to get them since it's pack only.

asia and concacaf are both just really crap even if you have all their top players.
 
I was beating somebody 4-0 with only 20 mins to go and the match disconnected. Certainly not on my side (why would I do this?) and I got the defeat and punishment :mad:

This was not the 1st time so I contacted EA and they said that due to it being P2P they cannot always tell who disconnected and sometimes punish both players. They offered to reset my players fitness......

Why would somebody disconnect 4-0 up? are they actually mental :rolleyes:

They also offered me contract cards, brilliant customer service from EA.

On the plus side, my team gelled really well in that last game! :p

How did you contact them?

This has happened to me quite a number of times. People pull their plug at the 90th min and I get a DC and a DNF.

Well was wanting the chat service but it was a 20 min wait so gave them a call. It was pretty pointless though as they have no control over the DNF and can't revoke it. He said prior to Fifa 12 it was worse due to nobody being punished. Now sometimes even though they punish the wrong player or both players its a better system :confused:.

He also said it was basically out of EA's hands with it being a P2P connection. Hmmm perhaps they should have dedicated servers then.

Draw back about WC mode is I can't play friends, wouldn't have to deal with this crap otherwise.
