Try different strikers maybe?
His team out muscled my small weak Barca side, it was a challenge and he did have few cracking shots just go wide.
Iniesta lobbing a ball over his defence for Messi to run onto and chip the keeper won the game for me.

Leave it as it, you played really well. Just because you didn't win doesn't mean you played bad. I would put Farfan, Błaszczykowski or Muller at RW instead of Shaqiri.

4-2-2-2 is my new favourite. 
Honestly, the main reason I've dropped so many points is because people are going 1-0 up and then disconnecting.
It's the only reason I'm on such a big losing streak.
