I rarely care about market crashes as I use the same team over and over, bar a few players who'll eventually get switched out. I've already lost a ton so **** it. Maldini is immense, but I'm not sure pairing him with Ramos is a great idea.
 
This whole crash mentality is largely rubbish.

The headline figures on the players may look lower but on the marquee players they've got to drop at least 10% to make it worth while selling your original player with the 5% tax.

Personally I'm not that bothered about making 5% and having to play with rubbish players for a week whilst patiently waiting for the crash.

Last year the crash happened 2 weeks before Black Friday and looks to be the same this year. They've risen steadily since last weekend. At this rate next year people will be preempting the crash a month before Black Friday!
 
It does happen but it's usually a small window for buying when 100k packs get released and everyone starts undercutting for an hour or so.

Not denying that, but the marquee players don't move much, players like Matic etc defo move but Ronaldo isn't going to drop 100k to make it worth the 80k tax on his current 1.6 million.
 
In fact case in point he's at 1.75 so he's gone up over the last week!

So that backs my theory of the 10%. He moved marginally less than that in the supposed crash before crash. Feel free to prove me wrong if he's at 1.6 on Friday :p
 
Entirely depends how many are packed, if you end up with a large amount on the market people start undercutting like crazy for instant sales. Ronaldo likely won't plummet that hard as he's the most sought after gold card in the game and if you already have him you're better off holding on until TOTY.

So it's not likely that in a week or so Pogba will have 200k wiped off his price?

I'm not getting on too well with my current team so might make a new one later. I want to try Lukaku but I'm better off with more nimble strikers, which I suspect he is not...

Thinking of getting IF Jesus at ST as his normal card is ridiculous as it is, that one must be pretty good.

I'm not happy with De Gea either, he hasn't made a single save that's impressed me and seems just average the rest of the time. I think Courtois is better. :(
 
what's the consensus on Suarez this year? I really liked the RF Dembele when I tried him which makes chemistry pretty easy.
 
Got Nainggolan and wasn't impressed enough to warrant his 200k price tag so I have sold him and gone back to trusty old Allan.
 
Tried 4321 again (against my better judgement) and while I won a couple of games, it's just so open and makes defending a nightmare.

Going to try out 4231, I've switched to it in-game a few times and it seems really solid yet still gives plenty of attacking options.
