It's not just ELO, you always know when you're going to lose, or at least struggle to win, because your players start mis-controlling passes, bumping in to each other, skiing low driven shots etc. It's artificially manipulating the game because the matchmaking is so poor.

Edit: Just got ruined by a team with Ronaldo who not only scored 5 scored goals with him but ruined me mentally. Never had to concentrate so hard to stay in a game. 5-5 in the 120th minute and going in to penalties, until this...

You should have broken the wall and had the players running to that player. Fairly standard goal.

Calling it a weekend on 23 wins with 2 or 3 games left quite pleased with that hitting Gold2 consistently now. Tried Neymar for the first time this weekend holy crap he is agile!
 
Lol from 17-7 to 21-17 I'm so bad. Team has not been able to make a pass, gameplay has been a lot slower and I've thrown away 3 Nils leads a number of times this weekend. What on earth has just gone on.
 
I've now hit 13 losses where I was leading at HT by 2-0 or more. The second half in every instance has been completely uncontrollable to the point I've just put the controller down a number of times. Surely EA can program something better than this? :o

I've scored so many stupid goals with Ronaldinho, about 6 rainbow flick volleys from 20+ yards this WL alone, he's hilariously good. :p

I've about given up making an effort in the WL though, it's too much trouble for usually no reward unless you can get near top 100. The amount of goals I concede due to blocked shots dropping to the opposition players etc is getting beyond a joke.
 
Jesus, managed Gold 3 with 11 games left and only managed Gold 2 with 2 games left.

Edit: Faced a few Lozano's tonight and he was a lot easier to deal with than TIF Son and IF Alessandrini playing out on the right. He might be better in the right hands but he seemed a lot slower than TIF Son.

Got my 11 wins, felt like hard work so many close games. I just can’t find a formation I like, in squad battles I play 3412 which I love as everyone seems to be exactly where I need them to be and want them to be. Online 3 at the back just doesn’t work as you get ripped by the silly wide players.

One thing I don’t understand is why my opponent no matter my formation always seems to be able to swarm forward on mass and the wings, I just don’t seem to have this, and never get the wing goals everyone seems to get.
 
Vitality rocky has quit this FIFA now.. can't blame them. Ive had massive amount of delay, rebounds and long shots happen against me today. Need an extra day for the 40 games bad, when I was stuck in a rut earlier I had just under 20 games left and its too many to try fit in when you need a break.
 
You know it's bad when people who make a living off the game are packing it in. Same with the Youtubers; they're just losing any desire whatsoever to play.

Finished 24-16 AGAIN, just can't break up to Gold 1, with the team I have it really shouldn't be an issue. So frustrating.

He'll come back, most do.. im pretty sure they will want to play this Eworldcup as big prize money. Many pros may quit after though and come back for 19. I do hope 19 irons most of this inconsistent RNG mess up though.
