Nope.

Brothers and normal cards don't get boosted, these need to be packed.

These go live at 6pm I believe. You need to pack them, their normal cards will be removed from packs for the time being. Bit of a money grab for such a short period of use (for me)

The boosted stats above only last for a few days near halloween then it goes back to a mildly boosted card like a normal IF.
