FIFA 20

I'm tempted to do the Saul and Fati SBCs, but I can't do both without buying in players.
Since they'd both be subs or 2nd team players I'm not sure it's worth it.

Also tried the CONMEBOL Sudamerica SBC thing and lost money despite packing a Saudi TOTS player worth 10k.
It's such a grind finding all the players that are cheap and meet the requirements.

Saul and Fati are very good, I have just packed TOTS Greiz so Fati will be on the bench for me. Saul I think is well worth the money. Could you grind for Falcao, Mariano and Reguilon? Could always put those in for Saul.
 
Fati is meh, lots of players like him, but I have to say Saul is amazing, Gullit-esque. Didn't put a foot wrong all WL for me.

I don't think I can bring myself to grind anyone that requires you to do stuff in rivals as I've not relegated myself so it's all really tricky (especially if it's in a "Rivals win").
Have done Mariano though.

I was thinking of just going for Moses Simon instead of Fati (plus he's tradeable if I don't like him (but I like Mane and I believe they're similar), but I can just imagine if I did that I'll get the La Liga LB in my red picks and he won't work with Simon.

Mind you I'm also imagining if I do Saul I'll get Kroos in my red picks...

Simon is very good, better than Fati for sure. Saul is better than Kroos too.
 
This is my main team:

Want to save up for a good VVD to replace Koeman and get TAA on full chem.
(So Simon and Saul wouldn't really fit in, I'm wondering if the coins would be better spent saving towards VVD)

Then I'd have this as an alternate team to rotate in Rivals and SB to save on Squad fitness card and to try to avoid boredom:

Have everyone except Simon, Saul and Fernandinho (any other suggestions for a holding CDM that would work?)
would probably switch to a 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-2-3-1 in game though.

Yeah that’s a nice team, VVD would be perfect

I’ve just bought and sold TOTS Visca after using him for 3 squad battle games for the Falcao objective, he was incredible, great balance, shooting and passing. He netted 11 goals in 3 games on world class difficulty against good chem teams. Not the easiest to fit into your starting 11 but the most fun I’ve had with a player in a while
 
First rivals game in weeks, he goes 1-0 up and makes some subs, presumably objective based, I then score 4 and he messages me: 'can i just have the win? I'm going for regullon'

Me: 'just relegate yourself lad'

Him: 'Dude, wtf, what do you care about the win'

That sums up the game now.

I score a 5th, shush him and he rage quits :)

Him: 'Thanks, you silver 3 scrub'

YES! Heard rumours about that card so went all in on 50 x Courtois over the weekend :cool:

Also, two new League SBCs to grind! Well happy today :)

Less happy about throwing all of my bronze and silver non league SBC players in to upgrade packs last week :o

Edit: Oh, and the premium Bronze and Silver upgrade packs are back.
 
Rivals is a joke, smashed someone 3-0 and they rage quit, ended up losing the next game 5-4 even though I was 4-2 up on 75 mins - his prime Eusebio turned the game around and my players forgot how to defend, then in the next two matches I get smashed

It’s so inconsistent :-(
 
It's pretty impossible to go on any kind of streaks in rivals as the match making is terrible, the game has no intelligence to who it matches you against, other than their points, which doesn't reflect a players ability with whats going on.
