What’s the single player career mode like and general gameplay compared to last years?

Got fifa20 on EA play but was thinking about getting this while on sale but unsure if it’s worth it.

It's on sale? Where?
Cheapest I've seen is about £28 (XBOX), but that's not a big enough discount to tempt me. Are there better prices?
 
11-4 today which im happy with.
Cr7 still tearing it up as usual. Just need to improve on defense. I've been avoiding varane for as long as i can but him and gomez i think are the next step up for me.
VVD didnt impress when i had him.

Varane is elite level. Gomez is decent but not elite, VVD is very good.
 
10-3. Terrible, terrible start and then I won 5 on the bounce. Been messing around with my team and now have varane and Ramos at the back.


Think I've used all my pack luck with Messi (more than fair) put all my reds into upgrade and got 86 digne. Packed nothing in lightening sbc's.
 
Ive just rage bought varane abd base Campbell.
If you cant beat em, join them :p
After a promising start im sitting at 14-7. The 15th-20th games are always the most challenging i find.
 
8-1 and then I quit about 12 games in a row, I just do not have the patience to play against tryhards on this game, it's awful and gets worse with every patch. Shame.
 
Yeah I took 2 dcs (my Internet went down) early then I blitzed my way to 14 and quit loads when losing. Sold up think I'm going to use untradables play to 14 each week and wait for TOTY. Maybe make a few investments with the coins.

If I lose 3 in a row I would tend to get paired against the blind for 2 games, maybe DC doesnt help? Just put the pad down

Yeah, a lot of games I play against uber good players I can be 4-0 down after 15 mins, annoying as its a waste of time just putting pad down.

I respect it and agree and back his decisions and thought process.

FUT has always been corrupt in the way it's very pay to win.

It will never change and seems to get worse as each year goes by and now there is more rewards to play for each year it drives more reason to buy points.

Imagine playing COD and them releasing a gun that was the best gun on the game but cost money to unlock there would be uproar.
