I rephrase. The incident in which he was suspended was very unsavoury. Excrement was left on the Palace dressing room floor before the play off match.

Gus went ballistic and sent an e-mail throughout the entire club which was apparently way too strong and offended many people.

Bbc website says Brighton still hasn't said why he was suspended? Although earlier reports mention stuff about comments made after the palace match?

Definitely, they've already kicked off about him not being given alternative dates for his disciplinary hearing, which AFAIK is a legal requirement.

I've read he also went mad about the board blocking transfer targets / going back on previous agreements about available funds.
