Just watching New Zealand vs Portugal. Pen to Portugal but they didn't use the video ref for some reason even though the game had been stopped. Really don't understand what the refs are doing with it, should be used in every situation like this or you are just moving the blame from the players (diving/no contact etc) to the ref for randomly choosing whether to use the video ref or not.
