FIFA World Cup 2014 - GROUP E [Switzerland, Ecuador, France, Honduras - 15/20/25 June] **spoilers**

Not sure how there is so much confusion about the goal line technology, it was clearly a goal and the technology showed the two instances it could have been over the line, the first instance it wasnt and the rebound it was.

The commentators are idiots, its quite clear the technology worked perfectly.

"Not good enough this goal line technology." No you're just a stupid old man who probably needs help turning on your computer. Where did he get the idea of two replays as well?

How is Jonathan Pearce so confused by this.

It didn't go over the line when it hit the post, it did when it bounced off the goalie.

There were two phases as the ball went backwards before hitting the keeper and going back in so the technology examined both, it's really not that difficult to understand.

How are people getting confused? It showed the replay then paused the replay at one point to show you it wasnt a over the line AT THAT EXACT MOMENT, then the replay continued and showed you it eventually crossed the line.

So it was a no goal when it hit the post and then the goalkeeper pushed it over the line as he started to handle the ball and effectively created an own goal, lol.

It's clear as day for me, the replay shows it was over even without the goal line tech.

The keeper knocked it in, ball went over the line in mid air before the keeper got another touch to bring it out.

Goal line tech saw it over the line at that moment while in the air. simple as
