Khedira missing for the goal, he seemingly walked into someone, threw himself down, didn't bother getting back up, was missing for the defensive knockdown as he has been all game. Not good by the defence in general but again Khedira is insanely slow in this game, offering very little.

Germany deserving this, the left back has been clearly out of his depth since the first minute, get him off, Lahm to left back and put a midfielder on. They've been asking for this all game long. Having Lahm at fullback would also give them the extra attacker on the left as this guy wasn't offering anything. Not sure why that wasn't fixed at half time at the latest, could have happened earlier.
