Brazil couldn't beat Mexico
Holland struggled to beat Australia
Argentina struggled to beat Iran
Spain lost to chile
Germany losing to Ghana

To be fair Holland quite clearly were in 2nd gear till 2-1 down, at which point they went into 4th and could have scored 5 in the last 30 mins so I wouldn't include them. Germany as well aren't playing a first team really(couple minor but significant changes), and apparently they can turn it back on when they need to.

Spain/Argentina/Brazil have no excuse, just poor over the 90 mins.
