There's nothing substantially different to normal shot stopping. All you need to do is give the keeper the lowdown on what the other players are likely to do.

But if you can have one keeper focus exclusively on penalties, the other can stick to keeping goal normally. Not a ridiculous idea imo, it's like specialist teams in American sports
