Horrendous from Germany, only half, and I mean half played right in the final 30 mins, first 60 were woeful.
Ozil/Kroos just dreadful, offered nothing, not a single intelligent pass between them, shocking delivery, effectively not a single good defence splitting pass in 90 mins, poor defensively, weak on the ball. You can carry one or two bad performances but not this many, and not in the middle of the park. Get one of them off, for literally anyone who can find a team mate with passes.

Because they've been playing like pretty much 10 retards and one footballer, maybe 9, Bastian been okay but not great.
Great goal, bit lucky but had to involve Muller, inevitable.
