lol, yes it did, if his arm wasn't up that would have gone off his chest and out wide for a goal kick, it was having his arm on the side that dropped the ball down for him.

Think there were two things that could have gone for fouls in the build up so shouldn't have had that chance for me, but right call.
 
I'm not sure it's a yellow card, because while he lifted his arm you can/will do that to change the shape of your shoulder, so I'm not sure he intended to handball it as much as he intended to use his shoulder/chest, but it did hit his arm significantly and wouldn't have come down as it did without hitting his arm. I'd have ruled it out without the yellow probably.

Nope, was in Spain for a year or two but they've gone back on that, officially or not. They had that year where every touch on the arm was a handball, I don't know if they changed the rule or they stopped enforcing it so much.

Webb let far far too much go in the first half. Fernandinho and probably Gustavo at least should have been on yellows in the first half.
 
Even if it was wrong (which I don't think it was), it's only justice for that penalty against croatia.

Though to be honest I'd have wanted a more crucial decision to go against them as justice for that.
