Amen, really annoyed now that I let even the slightest sliver of the hype get to me. I loathe watching us, we are technically a decent side bit the mentality is truly, utterly abysmal.

All the hype and eventual let down is part and parcel of supporting england.

Lingard's movement off the ball has always been world class, it's his finishing when he gets into the box that holds him back the most. He's been much better this season for united in that aspect though.

I was 100% agree and have said all along that England will NOT! get out of this group. Belgium and Tunisia will for sure.

England are playing the best passing defenders instead of the best defenders and a passing DM instead of a good shield. It showed.

Get some cover for the defence if the defenders are going to play progressively. Or play the best defenders.
