Horrendous, schoolboy defending from Rose.

Pickford concerns me with his height, he's a bit on the small side for a keeper..... Pope saves that easily.

I'm not sure it was poor goalkeeping, he's just not big enough. The shot was no where near the corner and he couldn't get near it. You've seen that sort of goal scored against him so many times last season - it's not an obvious mistake, although his footwork is pretty poor, but a normal sized keepers save that easily.

Went with his wrong hand didnt he? Need to watch it again.
 
It will be interesting to see what subs Southgate brings on - whether they'll be more squad members or from the 'first 11' will show just how interested he is in winning this one
