I find all these constant changes to the rules on handball silly. You can't write rules like they currently do that are fair. If a player has their arm out a bit and I absolutely smash it towards the 20th row and it hits his arm its a penalty. If I do what Bruno did it shouldn't be yet without that arm he would have been through on goal one on one with the keeper. I have no issues with that penalty being given. He gained a large advantage from it which is what penalties are supposed to be for.
