I say it every week. If you go down holding your face / head injury you should have to stay on the sidelines for 10 minutes being assessed. Would stop it overnight.

Thats what you have VAR for though isnt it, to send someone off if its deliberate. The amount of times you see play stopped because someone is faking a head injury is shocking. If the head injury is legit then they'll need to be assessed properly anyway which doesnt seem to happen.
