Films that make men cry

no one recognise this then ?, this has to be one of the saddest films ever made !!

I kinda recognise the still but can't think if I've seen it or maybe it was something similar. I suppose if it was that traumatic I would've remembered it. :p

Does it have a rainy scene at night with them running/hiding under/below a railway bridge?

ahhh you got it, I agree with you whole heartedly, I challenge anyone to watch Watership Down without crying, I was depressed for a week after watching that film.

I can't even hear that song by 'Simon and Garfunkle' without gettin a little tearie because of that film!!... :(

g) Band of Brothers (I know its not a Film): Not every episode!!.. Mainly the Concentration Camp episode!..

First time I ever saw that episode, I was simply stunned and shocked. I sat there for ages after the episode finished, sitting there thinking.

Some episodes get my every time, and I can't help but cry.

i'm a huge björk fan and i haven't even watched it yet. :o i must get around to it soon. :)

Do it. I got the DVD for about £3 couple of months ago, brilliant, disturbing and somewhat depressing film.

Guess it's classed as a musical as well, so it is therefore the only musical I don't hate. :D

I dunno, films that make men cry?! You ladies cry at films way more than me :p

Not to say that I don't have a soul though, I do cry at some films but most of the stuff here I would say I was moved by but certainly not to tears. It takes a lot for a film to make me cry. Films that have:

The Green Mile (the scene where he is watching Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers at the cinema)
The Sand Pebbles (Where Jake has to kill Po-Han)
Forrest Gump (Where Forrest is talking to Jennys grave)

... I am Legend 'Please say hello to me', no tears but it was close!

Crying? Okay I thought I was a wuss for feeling sad at some films, but crying ?

Last time it was in some cartoon when I was 10...
